The Best Vegan Porridge

For those of you who have read my review of Alpro Soya’s +1 milk, you will realize just how much of a fan I am. I’ve used this milk in the recipe as it’s creamier, but you can use any diary free milk that you like.

You Will Need: (Serves 1 The Best Vegan Porridge)

  • 1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 Cup of Soya +1
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Dried Fruit
  • 1 Banana

Method:

On a high heat, place a saucepan with the oats, soya and chia seeds in. Keep mixing for around 2 minutes until it starts to cloy together.

Add the cinnamon and dried fruits of your choice. Continue mixing.

Once it is at the consistency of your liking, serve with a chopped banana and fruits of you choice.

It's a 10/10 from me!
