Free From Kid’s Goat’s Cheese and Rice Cakes
This meal is good as either a lunch or a dinner and proves a favourite with kids who can’t have dairy or gluten. The salad items can be varied, and you could also try lacto-free cream cheese.
You Will Need: (Serves 1 Child Free From Kid’s Goat’s Cheese and Rice Cakes)
- 2 Rice Cakes
- 1 tbsp Soft Goat’s Cheese
- 1/2 Carrot, chopped small
- 3 inches of Cucumber, chopped into batons
- 2 Small Tomatoes, chopped
Spread the goat’s cheese onto the rice cakes, or serve in a dollop on the side. Serve with the cucumber, tomato and carrot on the side.
