Fruit Lollies

Despite the summer seemingly coming to an end, these lollies are still a lovely after dinner treat for the kids. They are also a brilliant way to calm down babies when they’re teething.

You Will Need: (Makes 8 Fruit Lollies)

  • 350g Frozen Berries
  • 200g Greek Yoghurt (Make sure it’s sugar-free!)

Method:

In a food processor, mix all of the ingredients together. It should create a smooth consistency.

You can either use lolly moulds or place in an airtight container to freeze. You could also use old yoghurt pots which have been cleaned.

Freeze until solid, the longer the possible, and then serve. You might need to leave them to thaw a little as they can be tough to eat for little ones!

Optional: You could also put a little fruit puree at the bottom.
