MAZWO Pot Noodle
Students may well be known for eating a few pot noodles here and there, but before you go and buy another one, try this recipe.
You Will Need:
- 1 Nest of Dry Egg Noodles
- 1 tsp of low-salt Bouillon stock, or Chicken Stock, dissolved in a pint of boiling water
- 2 Spring Onions, sliced
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1 Chicken Breast, chopped
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 Chilli, sliced
In another saucepan, bring the stock to the boil and add your noodles, onions, chilli and spinach. Boil for around 10 mins.
Gently fry your chicken in a pan with a little olive oil until browned.
Once cooked through, add this chicken to the stock and serve.
