Gluten Free Cheesy Baked Snacks

A fantastic gluten free snack for after school. They also look nice on the table at a party, and can be made into any shape you like.

You Will Need: (Gluten Free Cheesy Baked Snacks)

  • 115g Cheddar, freshly grated
  • 75g Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
  • 50g Unsalted Butter, softened

Method:

To make your Gluten Free Cheesy Baked Snacks, begin by preheating the oven to 180* and lining a baking tray with parchment.

Combine the gluten free flour and cheese in a bowl before adding in the butter. It’s easiest to use a food processor for this as it may take a while for the ingredients to all come together into a dough.

Once the dough is ready. Roll it into a ball shape and lightly dust a surface with more gluten free flour. Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thick and cut out into any shape you like.

Bake in the oven for 10mins, or another 5 if needed, until brown.
