Gluten Free Chilli Prawn Spaghetti
This Gluten Free Chilli Prawn Spaghetti recipe is great for those summer evenings when you just don’t know what to cook. The gluten free spaghetti and seafood make it light, and the chilli gives it a kick. I first made this on holiday and it’s just that kind of dish – so quick to make and just what you want after a long day in the sun. Enjoy!
You Will Need: (Serves 2 Gluten Free Chilli Prawn Spaghetti)
- 120g Gluten Free Spaghetti
- Half a pack of Raw Prawns, peeled and washed
- 1 Chilli
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
- A small bunch of Coriander
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
You first need to boil the gluten free spaghetti for around 9 mins until cooked.
Once the pasta has been cooking for around 5 mins, put a small drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the garlic and chilli. Add in the prawns and continue to fry until the prawns are cooked (around 4-5 mins) and whilst this is happening, drain the pasta and drizzle it with a little oil and lots of black pepper.
Squeeze in the lemon and half of the lemon zest, before adding the chilli, garlic and prawns. Give it all a good stir with some ripped coriander serve.
