Gluten Free Granola
Granola has been very much a staple breakfast for many over the past year with the popularity for this sweet treat growing day by day. This delicious gluten free granola is bound to become a favourite breakfast/snack in many households.
You Will Need: (Makes 15 Servings of Gluten Free Granola)
- 300g Gluten Free Oats
- 50g Sunflower Seeds
- 50g Pumpkin Seeds
- 100g Flaked Almonds
- 100g of Dried Fruit, such as cranberries, raisins, apricots, figs
- Drizzle of Vegetable Oil
- 4 good squeezes of Runny Honey (or Maple Syrup for Vegans)
Heat the oven to 150*C and mix the honey, oil and oats in a bowl.
Tip in the seeds and almonds and continue to mix.
Tip the oat mix onto 2 baking trays covered in parchment paper, spreading evenly, and bake for 15 mins.
Add the dried fruit to the mix and return to the oven for another 10 mins.
Serve your Gluten Free Granola with milk or yoghurt, or just as a snack.
