Gluten Free Muesli
Muesli is one of my favourite breakfasts – it’s healthy and the oats keep you full for a long time. I find that a lot of the shop bought cereals contain a lot of added sugar, but my Gluten Free Muesli contains only naturally occurring sugars. Use a teacup for measuring.
You Will Need: (Serves 6 Gluten Free Muesli)
- 2 cups of Gluten Free Oats
- 1/2 cup of Dried Fruit (Dried Cherries are a personal favourite, but sultanas and chopped dates are good too)
- 1/2 cup of Mixed Unsalted Nuts, ie Cashews, Almonds, Walnuts, Hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp Freeze Dried Raspberries
Method:
In a tupperware box, add all the ingredients and mix together.
Serve with fresh berries and rice milk for a brilliant, gluten free and vegan breakfast.
