Gluten Free Pasta Bake

Pasta bake is much easier than it sounds and is a fantastic dinner for these summer evenings. This recipe for gluten free pasta bake uses gluten free pasta.

You Will Need: (Serves 6 Gluten Free Pasta Bake)

  • 475g Gluten Free Pasta, i.e. Penne or Shells
  • 1 can of Chopped Tomatoes or Passata
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper, diced
  • 1 Courgette, diced
  • 1 pack of Mushrooms
  • 100g Cheddar, grated (possibly more depending on the size of your dish)


Preheat the oven to 180*. In a pan, boil some salted water and add the pasta. In another pan, gently fry the veg in a little oil. After the pasta has been cooking for 9 mins, drain and return to the pan. Add in the tomatoes and veg and stir. Pour into a deep dish and cover fully with the cheese.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbling and golden, around 10mins.
