Gluten Free Plum Crumble
Although this may sound a little autumnal, this recipe is fantastic for just as plums come into season. This gluten free plum crumble is made with gluten free oats which are available from most supermarkets.
You Will Need: (Serves 6 Gluten Free Plum Crumble)
- 200g Gluten Free Oats
- 3tbsp Runny Honey
- 1tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1kg Plums, quartered with the stone removed
- 25g Golden Caster Sugar
Preheat the oven to 200*. In a large saucepan, place the plums and the sugar. Put onto a high heat and continue stirring until the sugar has dissolved. If you fear the sugar is burning, just add a couple of tbsp of water. Place into a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the oats and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the plums. Drizzle over the honey and baked for 15 mins.
