Raw Long Island Ice Tea
My favourite cocktail by far has to be a Long Island Ice Tea. It was usually because it had everything under the sun in it, but for my Raw Long Island Ice Tea recipe, I use fruit tea bags made with cold water and Sake. It’s super easy and takes a lot less time to make as you’re not having to fish all the obscure liquors out of the cupboard!
You Will Need: (Serves 2 Raw Long Island Ice Tea)
- 2 Mugs of chilled Fruit Tea, such as cranberry and raspberry
- 4 Shots of Sake
- 1 Lime, juiced
For your Raw Long Island Ice Tea, combine all of the ingredients and serve in chilled, long glasses with a straw and a slice of lime.
