Raw Chocolate Tart
A fab desert for after a meal. Something that many vegans and people on a raw diet miss is chocolate and this rich raw chocolate tart tastes fantastic. You could also serve your raw chocolate tart with banana ‘ice-cream’ made by whizzing up a frozen banana with a splash of water in a vita mix.
You Will Need: (Serves 6 Raw Chocolate Tart)
- 3 tbsp Raw Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Fine Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 4 tbsp Coconut Butter
To make the raw chocolate tart base, mix all of the top ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Place this base into a large tart dish, or into individual tart tins. Chill for 2 hours covered in cling film.
For the ganache filling to your raw chocolate tart, blend the ingredients until smooth. Pour into your tart bases and chill for around 4-5 hours.
Serve your raw chocolate tart cold.
