Spicy Salmon Pasta (£2.50)
This pasta will blow your socks off. Believe me.
You Will Need:
- 1 mug of Gluten Free Pasta
- 1 Spicy Salmon Fillet (Tesco sell pre-cooked ones)
- 1/2 Mug of Frozen Peas
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Creme Fraiche
- Black Pepper
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta. After around 7 minutes of cooking, add your peas and cook for a further 3-4 mins. Drain and return to pan.
With a spoon, break apart the salmon fillet and add it to the pan.
Stir in the puree and creme fraiche before adding black pepper.
