Strawberry and Cinnamon Yoghurt
I came upon this recipe purely on the basis of not having very much in the house at the time, but it was surprisingly tasty. For those more adventurous, try adding a small handful of chopped cashew nuts for more texture. It’s low-carb and very filling as it’s protein rich. You can have it for breakfast or as a pudding.
You Will Need:
- 4 Strawberries, quartered
- 3 tbsp Live Low-Fat Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Optional: Small Handful of Chopped Cashew Nuts/Walnuts/Pistachios
Mix together the yoghurt and cinnamon before adding in the chopped strawberries and nuts, if using.
Serve straight away.
