Strawberry Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are the ideal breakfast for anyone living a fast-paced lifestyle. You can grab them in the morning and get going, and this variation with in-season strawberries is fabulous.
You Will Need: (Serves 1 Strawberry Overnight Oats)
- 40g Gluten Free Porridge Oats
- 3tbsp Fat Free Natural Yoghurt
- 4 Strawberries, washed and diced
Mix together your ingredients, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, give it all a quick stir and go!
