Vegan Frozen Yoghurt
Vegan Frozen Yoghurt, or ‘Frogurt’ as some refer to it as, is a healthy replacement for high-fat ice cream. It’s really easy to make and can be made the day you want to eat it as well. Feel free to experiment with different flavours, grating a little dark chocolate into the mix as a treat being a great alternative to fruit.
You Will Need: ( Serves 4 Vegan Frozen Yoghurt)
- 500ml Soya ‘Yoghurt’
- 200g Frozen Berries
- 2 large Bananas, mashed
In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, berries and mashed banana.
Mix well before placing in an air tight, tupperware container and freeze for four hours.
Serve your vegan frozen yoghurt with other fruit and a drizzle of honey/maple syrup.
