Vegan Rice Pudding
One thing that most children love is rice pudding. It’s sweet with a nice texture and can be jazzed up any way you like.
You Will Need: (Makes 1 Dish of Vegan Rice Pudding)
- 5 tbsp Pudding Rice
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar/Agave Nectar
- 2 pints of Vanilla Soya Milk
Preheat the oven to 150*C.
Grease an oven dish with some margarine. Into the dish place the rice, sugar and milk. Grate over as much nutmeg as you like and bake for 45 mins.
Take the pudding out, stir and return to the oven for another hour.
Variations of your vegan rice pudding can include chopped up apple and cinnamon, stewed rhubard or strawberry jam.
